Brief Introduction of Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform product size, simple structure, reliable operation, simple maintenance and economical operation cost. E-crusher is widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries, etc. It breaks various materials with compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa.

Structural composition of  jaw crusher:

Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, supporting device, working mechanism (fixed and moving jaw plate), transmission mechanism (eccentric connecting rod, thrust plate, flywheel, eccentric shaft), safety device, adjustment device of drainage outlet (wedge adjustment device, gasket adjustment device) and so on.

Usage and application scope of jaw crusher:

1. This series of crushers are mainly used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, cement, construction, refractories and ceramics and other industrial sectors to crush and fine various hard ores and rocks.
2. This series crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of hard and soft ores whose compressive strength is not higher than 300 MPa (MPa). The fragmentation of crushed materials should not be greater than that specified in the technical parameter table.

The working principle of jaw crusher:

Jaw crusher has many structural forms, and its working principle is the same, that is, crushing material through periodic movement of moving E-crusher. In the process of fixing the pendulum axially around the suspension center, the materials located between the two plates are crushed, split and bent. At the beginning, the pressure is small, which reduces the volume of the material and makes the materials close to each other and squeeze each other. When the pressure rises above the strength that the material can bear, it will break up. On the contrary, when the moving hull swings in the opposite direction from the fixed hull, the material moves downward by weight. Every periodic movement of the moving hull causes the material to be crushed once and to be discharged for a distance downward. After several cycles, the crushed material is discharged from the discharge outlet.
