Granite Crushing Production Line

The three grade granite commonly used in the granite crushing production line is the igneous rock congealed by the magma below the surface. It belongs to deep intrusive rocks and mainly exists in minerals such as quartz or feldspar. Because of its hard and wearable material, it is widely used in building materials, highways, bridges, railways, airports and hydropower construction. The crushing process includes jaw crusher + cone crusher + impact crusher + circular vibrating screen + sand washing machine. The design of the concrete granite crushing production line must be combined with many factors, such as the material condition of the customer, the requirement of finished products, the output, the situation of the site and so on, and choose the appropriate crushing equipment.  Granite crushing production line usually adopts three stage crushing process. The crushing process includes jaw crusher + cone crusher + impact crusher + circular vibrating screen + sand washing machine. The design of the concrete granite crushing production line must be combined with many factors, such as the material condition of the customer, the requirement of finished products, the output, the situation of the site and so on, and choose the appropriate crushing equipment.  Part one: rough broken section  Raw materials are fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder and rough broken, adjusting the outlet size of jaw crusher to meet the feeding requirements of subsequent crushing equipment. The broken material is sent to the intermediate bin by the belt conveyor for stacking.  The second part: the fine break section  The material is conveyed evenly to the conveyer by the vibrating feeder at the bottom of the transfer bin, and then conveyed to the cone crusher by the conveyor. After crushing the material enters the shale shaker sorting, the over diameter material is returned to the cone crusher again, and the qualified material enters the impact crusher to make the sand.  The third part: plastic section  The material enters the impact crusher to make sand forming, so as to eliminate the internal cracks produced during the crushing process of the aggregate, while grinding the needle shape of the stone.  The fourth part: sieving cleaning section  The aggregate of the shaping sand is divided into circular vibrating screens to separate the aggregate with different specifications, and the machine-made sand is washed into the spiral sand washing machine for tailings.
