4R3220 Pendulum Grinding Mill is suitable for non-flammable and non-explosive materials, with hardness less than 7, with moisture less than 6%, such as barite, limestone, ceramics, slag, gypsum, calcite, quartz, etc. The output fineness can be adjustable between 80-400 mesh.

Lubrication of 4R3220 Pendulum Grinding Mill

To ensure its normal operation and long service life, as the operating environment with much dust and bad working condition, the main gear, classifier's oil tank, elevator's worm gearbox, and the blower should be lubricated according to Drawing 9. There are probably some iron chips dropping down from the rotating parts' and gears' wear-in while using the new machine. To prevent the machine from fast worn out, it should be all right to change the lubricating oil once after one-week running. Later on, oil replacement can be made with reference to the limiting period shown in the lubrication table.When changing oil, kerosene and diesel oil should be used to wash the internal parts of the machine after discharging the aged oil.Oil should be completely eliminated after washing.And new lubricating oil can be poured again.Meanwhile please pay attention to the height of oil level.The oil level in the classifier's oil tank and elevator's worm gearbox cannot be higher than half height of the oil leveler.The oil height of blower should be between the two index lines of oil leveler.If the oil is too less, it is not enough to lubricate the machine.Too much oil results in additional power consumption,over-heat machine, and probable oil leakage.
