Hoisting and Installation of GK2150 Pendulum Grinding Mill:
1. Hoisting
The mill should be hoisted along with the packing frame. The wire rope can be threaded through the gate and feed opening after the packing frame is removed and then mill is hoisted. Be careful not to do damage to vulnerable components during hoisting. Don't let the semi-coupling at the lower and touch the ground and have a stress either. The separator is hoisted by a wire rope which goes through the hoisting hole. Put some soft material between wire rope and the machine during hoisting. Don't do damage to the fragile parts of the machine, protecting the machine from toppling while hoisting.
2. Installation

Line: Carefully line for foundation according to foundation drawing.

Dig: Make sure the height of host position (4000x4000) is not less than 3000 mm. The other height can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Mark height and place mold: After finishing digging, mark corresponding height position: host maintenance bottom, host foundation bolt, reducer base bolt, height line for air blower bearing base bolt, host, air blower base, reducer base.

Place rebar: Place rebars at the host foundation bolt holes. The actual ground condition will determine if the other bolt holes need to be placed rebars.

Pouring concrete: Cement strength must be above 42.5. Place mold when concrete pouring to marked height. Make sure the mold not to move during pouring.Keep pouring and vibrate continually with vibration rod to ensure quality once the mold in the correct position.Heating measures are necessary for the freezing season and 14 days is basic maintenance period.

Host installation: The host central axis possibly moves up.The sign for the axis up is the gap for the host coupling upper end and gland is less than 17 mm.Then you must use hammer knock top center of star rack to reset the central axis.Calibrate host base with shim plate.Correct level with frame level. Host lateral and longitudinal levelness should be less than 0.1mm within 1000 mm distance.To host return-air box mouth cavity as the benchmark, calibrate blower shell(fixed with t-branch pipe) and blower base.Then we can do the second concrete pouring. As long as the concrete nears to lower surface of host base, place concave type 250x250 steel plate with different thickness on the foundation bolts, then fill fully with slurry.After 18 days basic maintenance period the mill can work.

Separator and duct installation: Make and arrange support frames of separator and cyclone collector according to GK2150 Assembly Diagram. The inclined strut can be added moderately to different frame strength.Place separator and cyclone collector onto the frames and connect all ducts.
