Two: Operation
1. The crusher must start without load.
2. After receiving the driving signal, start to accept the material equipment, and then open the crusher. After the current drops to the normal value, it will be put into operation and spray dust-proof. Frequently check whether the temperature of motor and bearing is normal, whether the current indication is within the required range, and whether there is abnormal operation sound of gear roll crusher. If accidents and hidden dangers are found, stop immediately and send emergency stop signals to the dispatching and centralized control room and related posts.
3. Check whether the amount of oil injected is enough. Fuel quantity should be appropriate, oil quality should be clean, and lubrication should be good.
4. Check whether the granularity meets the requirement, report and deal with the serious super-granularity phenomenon in time.
Three: Parking
1. Receive the stop signal and stop feeding to the crusher. After crushing the material, it can stop the car and stop the dust-proof spray, and issue a stop signal to the post.
2. Accident parking should also be started after material removal.
3. Check and maintain the equipment after parking.
