Operating Instructions for Shut-off of 5R4125 Pendulum Grinding Mill:

• Stop feeding the crusher. Shut it down until the chamber is empty.
• Stop elevator until it is empty.
• Adjust the amplitude of electromagnetic vibration feeder to a minimum point before shut-off.
• The main motor runs idly for about one minute after it finishes up the material and the shut it off. Exhausting material of the main frame is favorable for shortening another starting time and extends service life.
• Shut off air blower about one minute after the mainframe stops operating and turn the level of governor valve to “off” position.
• Turn to zero points the speed control knob of the separator and shut down separator.
• Shut off air compressor and pulse control device.
