After the large block raw materials are broken into the required feed size by the
Raymond Mill Machine, the materials are transported to the storage bin by the hoist. Then the electromagnetic vibration feeder is sent uniformly to the grinding chamber of the host machine. During the same rotation of the scraper and the grinding roller, the material is shovelled up and fed into the grinding roller ring to form a cushion layer. The material is ground between grinding roller and grinding ring, so as to achieve the purpose of making powder.
The pulverized powder is carried by the fan air flow to the analysis machine for selecting powder. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirement enters into the large cyclone collector through the pipeline for separation and collection. After discharge through the discharger is the finished powder, and the air flow is sucked into the blower by the return duct at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The unqualified powder is thrown by the blade to the outer wall and is separated from the air flow. The coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding due to the effect of self-gravity. The whole airflow system of this machine is closed and circulates under positive and negative pressure.
