Working Principle of GK2500 Pendulum Grinding Mill:
The mill consists of mainframe, separator, air blower, elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, storage hopper, jaw crusher, duct system, pulse dust collector and electric control cabinet
Materials are broken by the crusher to particles less than 35 mm which are carried by bucket elevator up to the storage hopper. Then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder transports the crushed material at a given rate to the main frame for grinding.Four grinding roller unit assemblages hung from rotation support revolve around the central shaft and rotate at the same time. The centrifugal force causes the rollers to move outwards and press against the vertical wall of the grinding ring. The raw material has to be introduced into the grinding zone in front of the rollers with the aid of the plough blade. The grinding function is realized by the centrifugal forces which act on rollers.
The ground material is transferred pneumatically to the separator above the mainframe where it is separated. Coarse particles fall back down to the mill for regrinding. The qualified particles go into the collector where products will be removed from the discharging outlet. The purified air flows to the air blower through the pipe above double cyclone collector. Air flue is the circular type. Airstream in all pipelines flows with negative pressure except the air blower and grinding chamber, which improves the working environment in the workshop. That the moisture in the material is changed into vapor by heating during the grinding and that air leaks in from the flange conjunctions and feed opening cause the wind volume to increase in air flue. Added air volume is introduced through the air blower and after-wind pipe, to the small whirlwind collector. On the top of a small collector, there are forty-two holes. Each hole is slung with a dust collecting bag. The dust is collected by the bags and drops into small whirlwind collector when the after wind flows through bags. The purified air is drained out into the air through bags.
